This place is NOT to be trusted! DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! Dan (Fixed Operations Manager) offered me a position as a body shop manager knowing full well I had not managed a shop before. He SEEMED to be honest Dan (Fixed Operations Manager) offered me a position as a body shop manager knowing full well I had not managed a shop before. He SEEMED to be honest and up front. After 30 days of being employed with Dan I was let go because our "visions of future business" didn't line up. I told Dan that, since Irving Matthews was not willing to invest in the proper equipment to bring the body shop up to date, we would need to seek after other types of business (complete quality paint jobs) that did not require investments in equipment.
