Incompetent or apathetic I have owned this truck since Jan. of 19. I have complained of rough running,bad shifting,not shifting etc since new. All I ever hear from them is There ain't any codes. I guess that means nothing is wrong in their world. But,they sure have down pat how to ask for a 5 star rating,even a letter. I was called and harassed by the assistant service manager for not giving him a 5 star rating. Remember,ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS ADVANTAGE FORD. More
