Length of service I could see from the TV monitor in the waiting room that no one was working on my car for a good hour between 11 and 12 noon. When I went out to check I could see from the TV monitor in the waiting room that no one was working on my car for a good hour between 11 and 12 noon. When I went out to check I found out that the person servicing my car left to work on another car????. When he returned he spent less then 3 minutes under the hood closed it then drove the car from the bay. I was over 2:1/4 hours when I should have been on the road within an hour.
