Service Department is Terrible So, we brought our vehicle in for the 3rd time to be fixed due to very rough idle and jerking while sitting at a light or driving. Once again they say, oh there is nothing wrong with your vehicle.?? Now mind you our vehicle is covered under warranty. So we took our vehicle to another reputable mechanic and woo low and behold our Torque converter and transmission need to be replaced and the top of it all Jim took the mechanic with him to show what he was speaking of and the mechanic noticed the issues within a matter of seconds.. So this goes to show you that, Advantage Ford has turned into Disadvantage Ford for us. I believe they didn't do the test drive or any other diagnosis on our vehicle as they said they did, otherwise they would have also diagnosed the same issues??? We they hoping that a non warranty item would come up, so they can get more money from us??? YES!!! Extremely disappointed with Advantage Ford! Terreasa and Jim More

Your owners of older Fords need monetary relief. My 2007 Police Interceptor still runs fairly well and gets good commentary on the streets. Yet when I need service at my Ford dealer, to remain loyal My 2007 Police Interceptor still runs fairly well and gets good commentary on the streets. Yet when I need service at my Ford dealer, to remain loyal to Ford, the costs seem just out of reach for owners of older cars. Ford should initiate a plan to capture more business from us by offering good discounts on both parts and labor for loyal Ford drivers of Fords older than, say, 12 years or so or with over 150,000- miles on them. Could make a good TV ad. More

I have been dealing with advantage ford for a long time, having purchased four F150’s. I always dealt with a certain rep (Harry) who has now left your dealership. He always made it a pain-free experience having purchased four F150’s. I always dealt with a certain rep (Harry) who has now left your dealership. He always made it a pain-free experience and always met my financial concerns. Over the past year, I have received numerous emails regarding the need for my vehicle and to trade in for a newer model. I feel very insulted by the practices that have resulted from these communications. I have always kept my vehicles up to date with every recommended service advice, which has resulted in an excellent reliability, I have never had any downtime on any of my Ford trucks. However, I do not appreciate the sales tactics by this new sales force of wanting my vehicle but not meeting the financial needs that were always met in the past. You are losing a long time customer.
