Buying a vehicle is easy because they need to make a sale and they will let the vehicle go out the door for cheap, that being said the after sale service is atrocious. If I could give Essential Ford a zero r and they will let the vehicle go out the door for cheap, that being said the after sale service is atrocious. If I could give Essential Ford a zero rating I would. At the end of May I purchase an $82,000 Expedition. Three weeks later, I brought it in because there was a vibration when driving over 70 on the highway. They balanced the wheels and aligned the front end, but this did not solve the problem. So I brought it back the next week and they had to road force the tires meaning they take the tires off the rims, spin them around and put them back on. That did not work. Brought the car back a 3rd time and they decided that there's a problem with the General Grabber tires that came with the car. I was told by a service manager that they've had issues with these tires in the past. So I asked them to replace the tires and they told me that I'd have through Ford and have Ford give permission to replace the tires which is like pulling teeth out of a grizzly bear. I brought the car back a 4th time and they decided that would replace two tires, but they would have to be the same tires. Expeditions are sold with other brands of tires which have no issues. My friend has a brand new Expedition with Hankook tires, no problem. My daughter has a new Expedition and she has general grabber tires and has the same vibration problem. At their expense, they replaced them with some Pirelli’s which alleviated the vibration to a certain degree but not completely. At this point, I am supposed to bring their shop foreman for a ride so he can feel the vibrations. Let's see where this goes. So… he drove the car and admitted there is a problem. Soooo lets road force the tires again!! I spoke to Parker who is the general manager and all he said “well if I buy tires for you have to buy them for everybody”. The guy is a total excuse maker and a waste of time. Bottom line is they do not back up the product, they blame Ford and you have to deal with Ford direct. They made a profit so why not make the customer happy. Well guess what happened next…. I went to Ford and filed a Lemon Law defective vehicle issue and lo and behold 1 month later Ford bought back the Expedition for a very reasonable price. There are numerous people out there that are experiencing the same problem so I would encourage you to get ahold of Ford and file the Lemon law for a defective vehicle. Ford knows there is an issue. And it isn’t the tires. You have to bring the vehicle in 4-5 times to qualify. Good reddens Ford. I am enjoying my new Ram truck. More

Second bad experience while trying to purchase a vehicle. Recently went to look at a pre owned explorer. They then tried to offer a Carfax offer, when I showed them the offer which was more than what they showed. The manager whom I found out his name is Parker, responded with telling the salesperson" tell him have a great day" completely unprofessional, didn't even physically look at my vehicle, Didn't bother to speak to me before leaving. Once again, you can change the name of the dealership but, not the reputation or character of its employees. Worst Ford dealer around, and once again I went to another dealership rather than give Essential Ford my business. More
