Marco, while we understand your frustration you had with your vehicle, the issues was with the Ford OEM and not Essential Ford. The dealership does not have any say on the brands the manufacturer puts on the vehicles, nor have authorization for replacements under warranty. We went out of way to try and rectify the issues and when that did not work, we help to process all paperwork. It is quite disappointing to hear that you are blaming the dealership, when we were nothing by sympetic and helpful. As to your response regarding the issue. As a business owner I sell different brands. If a customer has an issue I do not pass it on the the manufacturer. I made a profit on the sale so to keep my customer happy I go the extra mile to keep our reputation on the 5 star rating. Take this as a lesson in good business. You sold me the vehicle and made a fair profit. Put your money where your mouth is. Don't pass the buck. It took me 5 visits and 5 months to resolve an issue. Way too long! As far as you going out of your way.....what a line of xx!! Your company did absolutely zero to help me !! Wow you gave me the printed invoice, that was a stellar move. Sympathetic and helpful. more xx. Get real! I spoke with the GM and he was useless as xxxx on a boar hog! There is a reason you are ranked 88 out of 118 Ford dealers in Florida. You really need to learn customer relations 101!
