As always, Ertle took good care of me for my 60k mile service appointment. Although they were very busy, Vincent took the time to go over everything with me and was able to find me a loaner car for a cou service appointment. Very quick and smooth process. They gave me a loaner free of charge so I could go to work while waiting for them to diagnose the problem.
