Epic Cadillac, and especially Alex Zamora, performed above that was expected. Due to Cadillac ordering & manufacturing problems out of the control of Epic Cadillac, my order was inactive for 3 years. When the vehicle arrived at Sacramento, Alex followed the dealer prep and initiated the F & I. Alex was very professional while having my wife & I complete the purchase, and he was cheerful during the extensive order & deliver process. Alex Zamorra deserves a rating of 12 on a scale of 10.
