When in to pick up a key fob that had been ordered when I bought my car. The only thing positive is that my service rep was friendly and I do feel bad for getting angry with him. But to sit for 4 hours only bought my car. The only thing positive is that my service rep was friendly and I do feel bad for getting angry with him. But to sit for 4 hours only to be told that they can’t program my key fob, and they don’t know why, is insane. Especially because right after leaving the dealership I stopped at Costco to do some shopping and they were selling key fobs. Within an hour they had a key cut and a key fob programmed. Costco did in one hour what Chevy service couldn’t do in 4 hours. Kindof sad. More
