Very Helpful Ok, so, I had been in the market for a vehicle for about 2 weeks. Did some online research first on a few dealers and I wasnt impressed with the revie Ok, so, I had been in the market for a vehicle for about 2 weeks. Did some online research first on a few dealers and I wasnt impressed with the reviews. Until yesterday, while browsing Facebook, epicautosales.com pops up and I was curious. So I got online and viewed their inventory and I loved the different selections and the price ranges were reasonable. So, I decided to do an online application and 30 seconds after I submitted it, I received a phone call! The dealer contacted me that fast! Once again, I was impressed. Set up an appointment the following day and there I was...... My credit is poor. Sadly because of the loss of my husband, but Sean Frank, was there to save the day! The customer service was great and they answered all of my questions. Sean went beyond to help me knowing my credit situation and I got APPROVED! I am still in shock because NO other dealer would help me. My overall experience was helpful and I love my new car! I want to say thank you to the staff and finance manager, but a HUGE thank you to Sean Frank! I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market to finance a vehicle! Thank you soooo much ! Excellent Inventory and Financing of Bad Credit Borrower I went through a nasty divorce and a fore closer on my house so my credit is currently bad to say the least. The inventory I had seen on line was exactly what they had on the lot and I worked with Sean in Finance to secure a loan for a 2014 Dodge Ram and I drove it off the lot the same day. Epic group of liars. Purchased a 2007 BMW 525i, dealt with a salesman named Rene. The vehicle had an error message stating steering wheel lock failure. I was assured tha Purchased a 2007 BMW 525i, dealt with a salesman named Rene. The vehicle had an error message stating steering wheel lock failure. I was assured that this would be fixed, the iDrive knob would be replaced, and that i would have warranty information. When i asked about a warranty, Rene said "O, i'll email the name of the company, don't use the one we have it's too expensive." I asked about the vehicle history report. He assured me the vehicle had never been in an accident. After taking the car home, two weeks later it wouldn't start, dead in the driveway. Had it towed back to their lot, they took two weeks to fix it. It was the starter and never fixed the steering wheel lock problem. And when changing insurance companies i found out the car had been wrecked twice, the two years prior to me buying the vehicle, AND they never replaced the iDrive knob. This lot does whatever they can do to get you out the door. Get your own vehicle history report or avoid this dealership all together. More
