Worst place to buy a vehicle they are crooks they will sale you a vehicle that’s about to break down and won’t fix it for you. Tires dry rotted noticed after leaving they don’t give a crap placed smells like trash inside employees dropping f bombs in front of kids do not go here they are rude and unprofessional
The staff was really helpful everything went smoothly. I will go back and get another car from them. They also have variety of cars to choose from.
EPIC FAIL! I never write reviews like this, but then again, I have never had a poorer experience in purchasing a car. I regret driving off the lot with the car three weeks ago. It had not been serviced, so I had to ride around with no AC, with the ABS service light on, the low tire service light on, and another light on for two weeks since there were no appointments available until then. Within the first few days, I noticed something amiss with the engine and another tire had a gash in it that had been sealed. While the body of the car looks great, there are issues that remain that I am increasingly concerned with.
I texted the salesman, Ernesto, to inform him of my experience with the service once I had taken the car back to the dealer. They lied about the parts being in when they were not, and had me waiting over five hours thinking my car would be serviced the same day, just for someone to tell me after all that time that they had to order another part. So then the car had to remain at the lot for another three days.
I regret going through with this purchase because more so than the quality of the vehicle, the services is even poorer. Both times I finally got through to a manager...the same manager...he was extremely rude and has no customer service skills. He talked all over me, more offended at me telling the salesman, Ernesto, that he was rude, than trying to discuss, in a decent tone, how they could help me. They lie to you to get you to the dealership, and then put you in something other than what you really want. Then they think they are doing you a favor by telling you to lie to the financing company about not having a deferred down payment arrangement, as if they are doing you a favor to get you into a car you did not care for anyway. So now Ernesto is more concerned about his remaining commission from the deferred down payment, yet I will not turn over the rest of it just to wind up having the car sit until I can get it serviced elsewhere.
So, I got hustled. I was stupid and deeply regret purchasing that car because it is not worth the amount of the financed loan or the xxxx I'm dealing with. By far, this is the worst car buying experience ever. I should have put the money toward servicing my 2007 Accord.
DO NOT BUY FROM EPIC AUTO SALES! PLEASE! They want you to purchase from them and give a fake 5-Star Rating on Google Reviews to mislead others.
I bought a car and the horn started honking by itself while driving. Epic refused to fix unless I paid another 1400$. Not sure how this car passed inspection, within first day not only horn issue but check engine light came on. Seatbelt doesn't even work and now dies while driving. Great waste of money , thanks Ernesto sales manager for taking from a single mom

9 months later, guess what. starting problems. Once again, let me reinstate, DO NOT BUY FROM EPIC AUTO. Capitol one keeps getting complaints, and now they are escalating it. Thank god. I have never review a business this many times. #nothappy
So, issues still not fixed from the beginning.
Windshield washer
Door handle latch broke again (after they fixed it)
Soft top too, just installed poorly.
New issue..
Starter (however, some of it is covered in the warranty)
Their warranty program is god awful. (just a heads up)
The overlap from the soft top by the frameless window means the top was installed incorrectly. Guess who installed it (epic). I do not recommend auto service from them. Thank you Porsche for pointing that out.

I bought a wheel lock key, because the car was sold without one.
Henry (owner of Epic) stated it was in the glove box from the beginning, which is a pretty good lie. Although, he said he would reimburse the cost, which is nice. Still, it does not help the yelp or google review.
Also, according to him "everytime I call, I have a complaint". Well, that is so true, because he sold me a lemon. An internally bruised lemon, which he defends "it's a machine, it will have problems". However, replication of problems in a short time span provides empirical evidence it is a lemon.
I am without a car again for a few days, in another city.
10/22/2017 Previous review It's been eight months since I bought a porsche from epic, and the customer service has significantly declined. I ended up going to porsche for my oil change because I do not feel like this business is sufficient to do work on it. This is since Les the service manager was "fired", which was another poor decision.
The new service manager (John) is rude, and does not have very little or no customer service skills. This dealer ship sold me a car with plenty of issues, and the sales person was misleading. After those issues were resolved, the current ones are still not fixed.
Right now, I have a car that was sold without a porsche specific wheel lock key. I called John the new service guy, and he said "what, you think i should handle this?", "this is not my problem". I moved to dallas for my doctorate, and I do not have time to come up there to dig through a box of parts. In addition, he told me I could find a wheel lock key anywhere, like o'rielly or autozone . Well, those shops told me to buy it strictly from porsche.
I HIGHLY recommend not buying from this business. I have called up my bank to complain about them and this detailed recorded of poor service, and issues will be addressed with the appropriate businesses
3/17/2017 Previous review Ok, one month follow up almost. Cars drive axle came off. Ernest the manager tool care of that, rental etc. Highly impressed.
however the Cande the sales person totally blew me off about the airbag light, inspection, tpc, etc. She referred me to the service guy after weeks of asking what is going on. Do not buy from her
With that, it's almost impossible to find anything out with the receptionist (maria) for service.i call and she states 5 minutes, hours go by and nothing. I follow up and she forgot, but uses the excuse it's been a long day. Well, everyone has long days. My day has been full of clients and meetings. That's life, deal with it. The service there is beyond poor.
If you need something done, go straight to the manager and save yourself the trouble. It's been a nightmare with them, even when asking for labor costs. Sigh
Best Deals in town , Great customer service , and after you buy a car you and bring it back for any repairs needed and the on site repair shop .
