Omar did a great job. Knowledgeable of the details of the vehicle, friendly, and worked out a great deal. My only criticism would be better coordination of when the car would be ready. I came in 30 m the vehicle, friendly, and worked out a great deal. My only criticism would be better coordination of when the car would be ready. I came in 30 minutes later than was told the car would be ready for pick up, then waited an additional hour, as it appears the delay was due to the detailing of the vehicle. I would like to start by saying Rosalie Tran is one of the best advisors I've had to date. She was knowledgable, great with customer service, and understands that great communication of service status an the best advisors I've had to date. Also, I like the fact that Piercey is showing their customers that they care about Health-Safety and Quality Service. A lot of it comes down to the Service Advisor. It begins with the Service Advisor, and shows in the workmanship. There was a lot of up-sell related to necessary maintenance, however, it can be quite pricey. All in all, I was very satisfied with the customer service, effort to make me happy and feel valued, as well as continued quality of work. More

Super shady establishment, tried to pressure me into a bad deal insisting how much money they were losing on it.. heh. When bringing up a co-signer to get a better APR they ignored it and brought in the f bad deal insisting how much money they were losing on it.. heh. I informed him verbal agreements don't mean much and I hadn't signed anything he then frantically checked their paper work and told me I could leave then. So I did and he told me how I had just wasted my own time (as if making an informed decision is wasting time). Super bad people, not looking out for your best interest all very unprofessional and play typical dealer tricks of making you sit around and trying to get you to connect to the car bluetooth etc. to make you feel like it is already sold. DO NOT COME HERE. More
