Satnam delar missbehave with custmore he is talking non sence behave with the honda custmore

Worked with Tam Nguyen. Super kind and helpful. We called and texted for a day. Worked with his manager to get to an agreement. When we came in to sign the paperwork he was super helpful explaining all the different prices and features of the car. Tam deserves the full 5 stars. One of their sales managers tried to pull a quick one on me and I was about to leave but Tam helped them get back to the price I wanted to be at. Ended up working with Sheer in finance afterwards to close everything out and he was easy to talk to. We stayed an hour past closing and he never complained about it once. Consider working with Envision for any car purchases.

We recently purchased a car at Envision Honda. We went to the dealership with an expectation of price which we'd based on the online advertised price of the car we wanted, and a trade in amount we were quoted in advance (by staff who used our VIN to get a reasonably accurate value range). Needless to say those numbers were "unrealistic" when we arrived, but we agreed on a price we're satisfied with for a car we really like. Our experience with Austin, our sales person, was pleasant and we found him helpful. We heard from different staff that they'd recently had a major turnover in personnel and were currently short staffed. We were there for 8 hours. The difficult part occurred with the Finance Dept. Thankfully there wasn't a hard sell on products we didn't want, but there was a rush to get through contract signing. We did not have a chance to read the contracts but our Finance person gave a very brief explanation of what the document was about. We needed to esign one document 3 times when errors were discovered in the paperwork. We were glad they found the errors and corrected them. At about 7.5 hours, we were transferred to a different Finance person to finish signing documents because the original person was needed elsewhere. He asked if we'd gotten copies of our paperwork yet. We had not, so we spoke briefly to the original person who said he would email us the documents. I've had several email exchanges and have received most, but not all the documents. I assume that we are entitled to ALL signed documents at the point of sale. I don't think this is a typical situation, but I'm not happy we didn't get them.

Not very professional. They make claims to match and beat every competing quote but then ghost the customer when given a quote. Not transparent. They never reveal the OTD price even after asking repeatedly. Don't feel good purchasing with them. Online website is not representative of the actual inventory. Wasting time and energy. Glad I didn't waste more time with them.

Bunch of dishonest and money minded crooks. Save your money and go to any Honda dealer except these xxxxx

The most unprofessional, aggressive, disrespectful Finance manager. Ladies, if you’re considering Envision Honda to buy your car, please stay away. Will save you a lot of trauma. The Finance manager is a con artist from devil’s realm. Bunch of liars.
