We called and texted for a day. Worked with his manager to get to an agreement. When we came in to sign the paperwork he was super helpful explaining all the different prices and features of the car. Tam deserves the full 5 stars. One of their sales managers tried to pull a quick one on me and I was about to leave but Tam helped them get back to the price I wanted to be at. Ended up working with Sheer in finance afterwards to close everything out and he was easy to talk to. We stayed an hour past closing and he never complained about it once. Consider working with Envision for any car purchases. More
We recently purchased a car at Envision Honda. Needless to say those numbers were "unrealistic" when we arrived, but we agreed on a price we're satisfied with for a car we really like. Our experience with Austin, our sales person, was pleasant and we found him helpful. We heard from different staff that they'd recently had a major turnover in personnel and were currently short staffed. We were there for 8 hours. The difficult part occurred with the Finance Dept. Thankfully there wasn't a hard sell on products we didn't want, but there was a rush to get through contract signing. We did not have a chance to read the contracts but our Finance person gave a very brief explanation of what the document was about. We needed to esign one document 3 times when errors were discovered in the paperwork. We were glad they found the errors and corrected them. At about 7.5 hours, we were transferred to a different Finance person to finish signing documents because the original person was needed elsewhere. He asked if we'd gotten copies of our paperwork yet. We had not, so we spoke briefly to the original person who said he would email us the documents. I've had several email exchanges and have received most, but not all the documents. I assume that we are entitled to ALL signed documents at the point of sale. I don't think this is a typical situation, but I'm not happy we didn't get them. More

They never reveal the OTD price even after asking repeatedly. Don't feel good purchasing with them. Online website is not representative of the actual inventory. Wasting time and energy. Glad I didn't waste more time with them. More
The most unprofessional, aggressive, disrespectful Finance manager. Ladies, if you’re considering Envision Honda to buy your car, please stay away. Will save you a lot of trauma. Then out of no where, without introducing himself, another person, not the main sales person #2 that was working with me, sat in front of me insisting that I choose a payment plan. I didn't have any discussion yet with the sales person about selling price. I should've walked out of this place when I had a chance. Their website is deceiving. There were eight 2023 Accords listed that I was interested in when I checked that morning. When I arrived there, later in the morning, there was none. It didn't get better. The price that the manager and I verbally agreed upon without fees, etc, wasn't even the price that was listed on the purchasing agreement. It was $1000+ more. I purchased the car anyway since I really needed a reliable one to get to work. I regret doing business with Envision Honda. Don't be a fool like me! More

Phu “John” Pham and Andy (don’t knw his last name ) were so horrible. I have Escalated this with corporate, due to them being so rude, laughed at me for being a woman and discriminated me so poorly to the point they made me cry. If your woman don’t ever come here especially with those 2. Worst experience ever in my life! More
The only reason they got one star is because apparently 0 is not a rating. They are complete con artists. Told me a bunch of lies and basically wouldn't let me out the door without buying something. Manag is not a rating. They are complete con artists. Told me a bunch of lies and basically wouldn't let me out the door without buying something. Managed to get me to trade them my higher valued car with minor cosmetic defects for a car a year older, with more miles, oh and the best part, it was obviously owned by a smoker previously. BUT, I was assured repeatedly, it was not smoke it was the air fresheners and the smell would go away after "3 days"-it's been closer to 3 weeks and I gag from the smell every time I open the door. Can't go anywhere but to work because I can't drive my kid or transport anything in it due to the smell. Numerous other lies upon lies that I called to follow up on today, but didn't even get a chance to bring up. He actually laughed when he said he remembered me then told me he'd talk to his detail guy about the smell and call me back in 15 minutes. Three hours later, no word. Obviously a waste of time to even try and deal with them to make it right, so either get to deal with the hassle of suing them or I can screw myself over even more financially and go trade it in at a loss and finance another car on top of the difference I'll still owe. Honestly, if I didn't have a kid and live in a town with limited public transit, I'd be done with even having anything to do with a car after this experience. More
