I would give zero stars if I had that option. First of all I did not buy my Certified 2024 Honda CRV from this dealership. It was time for my 5K oil change which is free under my contract with Honda. And according to Honda I can get this service at any Honda Dealer. I know this because I called Honda, of Hayward and they assured me of this. My Service Advisor Xavier, at Milpitas Envision helped to facilitate an oil change. I told him this is a free service covered under my contract in fact 2 of them are covered in a years time. He disagreed fiercely raising his voice by telling me he "bent over backwards to fix the last problem I had with this Honda." I asked him why are you yelling at me??? It was not my fault his service department did not fix my car the first time I dropped it off. The defect I had was a huge problem and with the weather stripping and they said they fixed it and I neglected to check it so when I got home the weather stripping on passenger side was NOT fixed at all it was in the same condition as when I left it the first time. I wondered what they did all day with my car since it was not fixed. So advisor Xavier, was not so friendly this time but did apologize for the mishap. And car was fixed. I mention this episode because my frustration with dealer grew after I was denied a no charge oil change. Xavier argued with me and said that is not covered under my contract. He went on to say also I should have gone to the dealer that sold me the car and they will not honor a free oil change and that I knew it was not covered because I signed the paperwork. That was my bad since I did sign the paperwork to authorize the oil change and rotation of tires, however I did not know they were going to charge me if I did I would have made sure they knew it was a free oil change. He also said " its not their fault they sold me a Honda with this problem". I suppose he was referring to the Weatherstripping problem. I told him that I would call the Honda dealer in Hayward that gave me this information. So I did and I put them on speaker for advisor to talk to. And they indeed told him it was covered. However the rotation of tires is not. He refused to give me my car unless I paid for both. I said I would speak to his manager. He directed me to his mgr office. Manager was not helpful and refused to give me my free oil change and said I could not have my car unless I paid for both oil and rotation now by this time advisor and him knew it oil change is covered. He had a smug look on his face and he was not open to hearing what I was saying about coverage. He dismissed me and I told him "you are a jerk" and as I was walking out of his office he said "YOU are a jerk" He had a few employees in his office when he said this. I walked back in and asked what did you say? That is when he said he is calling police on me. I said what for is it because you refuse to give me my covered by warranty oil change? and he yelled to his advisor what is the number and advisor said 911. I went back to adviser desk and said your manager (wish I would have gotten his name) said they will not pay for any of the services done. Xavier was silent and was typing. I said I dont mind waiting for police to get here and I also expressed how calling them on a 60 year 5'2 107lb women is a wasted of SJPD time. I asked once again are you going to honor the oil change or not and said I will pay for rotation if I have to and asked what it cost. I paid for rotation $41.00. I told Xavier he and I obviously had a misunderstanding and that I feel sad for him to have to work with that rude unprofessional person in the office behind him. I said I will never go back to that dealership for any reason. FYI cops never came. I will be fair about my experience with Xavier I think he seems over worked and stressed out and lost his cool when I challenged him about honoring free oil change. More
I had one of the worst dealership experiences here. I spoke with multiple finance managers, and it was clear from the start that they only cared about money. The first thing they asked was to run my credit, and then they wanted to know what APR I had been offered by other banks. I told them I had already consulted at least three major banks and credit unions, and all of them estimated an APR between 5.5% and 6.8%. Their response was: “What if we can give you a lower APR than all of them?” The next day, after I filled out their form, they checked my credit. I know my credit score is over 730, yet they told me my score was “terrible.” They claimed they had run my application with 20+ banks, but on my own phone I could see fewer than 10 inquiries. Then they told me only one bank had accepted my application — with a shocking 16.4% APR. Who in their right mind would accept that? When I demanded my down payment back (since I had not signed any purchase contract), they suddenly said they could “lower the APR.” Within minutes, they dropped it from over 16% to 8%. I told them Chase had already offered me something in the 6% range, and the finance manager actually said: “Chase doesn’t sell cars.” Completely absurd. To make matters worse, when I insisted on a refund, they told me it wasn’t possible because it was Saturday and “finance doesn’t work on weekends.” So what about all the customers who come in to buy cars on weekends? Ridiculous. Only when I went back later that Saturday and spoke to a new finance employee — who was actually respectful — did I finally get my refund processed. They also said the refund would not show up immediately in my banking app, and it might take 1–2 business days for the balance to update. I just hope the money really goes through — otherwise, I’ll have no choice but to call the police. Overall, this dealership gave me the most unprofessional and dishonest experience I’ve ever had. They only care about squeezing money out of customers, it’s obvious they make kickbacks on the loans they push, and if you naively accept their sky-high APR you’ll end up paying them more interest than the bank itself. They lie, they manipulate, and they treat people without respect. This dealership deserves the lowest possible rating. More
Worked with Tam Nguyen. Super kind and helpful. We called and texted for a day. Worked with his manager to get to an agreement. When we came in to sign the paperwork he was Super kind and helpful. We called and texted for a day. Worked with his manager to get to an agreement. When we came in to sign the paperwork he was super helpful explaining all the different prices and features of the car. Tam deserves the full 5 stars. One of their sales managers tried to pull a quick one on me and I was about to leave but Tam helped them get back to the price I wanted to be at. Ended up working with Sheer in finance afterwards to close everything out and he was easy to talk to. We stayed an hour past closing and he never complained about it once. Consider working with Envision for any car purchases. More
We recently purchased a car at Envision Honda. Needless to say those numbers were "unrealistic" when we arrived, but we agreed on a price we're satisfied with for a car we really like. Our experience with Austin, our sales person, was pleasant and we found him helpful. We heard from different staff that they'd recently had a major turnover in personnel and were currently short staffed. We were there for 8 hours. The difficult part occurred with the Finance Dept. Thankfully there wasn't a hard sell on products we didn't want, but there was a rush to get through contract signing. We did not have a chance to read the contracts but our Finance person gave a very brief explanation of what the document was about. We needed to esign one document 3 times when errors were discovered in the paperwork. We were glad they found the errors and corrected them. At about 7.5 hours, we were transferred to a different Finance person to finish signing documents because the original person was needed elsewhere. He asked if we'd gotten copies of our paperwork yet. We had not, so we spoke briefly to the original person who said he would email us the documents. I've had several email exchanges and have received most, but not all the documents. I assume that we are entitled to ALL signed documents at the point of sale. I don't think this is a typical situation, but I'm not happy we didn't get them. More

They never reveal the OTD price even after asking repeatedly. Don't feel good purchasing with them. Online website is not representative of the actual inventory. Wasting time and energy. Glad I didn't waste more time with them. More

Then out of no where, without introducing himself, another person, not the main sales person #2 that was working with me, sat in front of me insisting that I choose a payment plan. I didn't have any discussion yet with the sales person about selling price. I should've walked out of this place when I had a chance. Their website is deceiving. There were eight 2023 Accords listed that I was interested in when I checked that morning. When I arrived there, later in the morning, there was none. It didn't get better. The price that the manager and I verbally agreed upon without fees, etc, wasn't even the price that was listed on the purchasing agreement. It was $1000+ more. I purchased the car anyway since I really needed a reliable one to get to work. I regret doing business with Envision Honda. Don't be a fool like me! More
