I have found that this dealership, old and now the new one that is under the new management is not trustworthy and tends to place blame on the customer when questioned about services rendered. Unfortunately they are the only Ford dealership in the Oxnard/Ventura area, so as customers we have little choice but to obtain services from them and they know this. Going forward, I will be traveling the extra distance to Thousand Oaks for my Ford needs. More

Worst communication with customers. Service advisors don’t do their due diligence and misinform the customers.
