Mitchell was the only person who saved this interaction. This was the worst service I have ever had. I showed up at 9 am for my scheduled recall, I waited to be seen and the man at the desk didn’t greet m This was the worst service I have ever had. I showed up at 9 am for my scheduled recall, I waited to be seen and the man at the desk didn’t greet me. Finally at 9:15 he acknowledged I was standing at his desk. He started taking my information. I asked him about a shuttle and all he said was no they didn’t have one. I later found out they offer lift rides but he did not offer that service. He then said he would be back and walked away for 20 minuets while I stood there. I walked to another man’s desk who was eating Mac Donald and didn’t even stop eating when I got there. I said I have been waiting for 20 mins for the service provider to come back and he didn’t even look at me and told me to just keep waiting and he kept eating at his desk. I went back and waited some more. Finally at 9:40 I saw Mitchell checking someone else in who had just walked in and asked him to help me. He did. So almost an hour after I had my appointment my car was taken. They were having Lyft issues so I had to pay for my own Uber. When I went back I saw the man who had originally ignored me and just left. I believe his name was tyrell. He didn’t even say a word to me. I have never been treated so badly in a service situation. I have NEVER written a bad review but this is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They didn’t even send a reminder text for my appointment till 9pm the night before. And originally they told me it was a 2 day recall but they only would provide me with a car for a day. I was the one who had to show them the paperwork that ford said it should be only a day but that they were required to give me a courtesy car for the whole thing if I chose to use it. Terrible. They treated me like dirt. I couldn’t reccomend them less except for Mitchell who was professional and kind. He’s the only person worth working with there. More

I've been with Ford of Oxnard since it was once named Vista Ford. Even though the name changed the quality of service and customer care is about the same if not better. Moises was great to deal with! Courtesy, professional and friendly. Got the recall taken care of promptly! I waited 9 months to have it taken care of after the first recall not Courtesy, professional and friendly. Got the recall taken care of promptly! I waited 9 months to have it taken care of after the first recall notice. After the 2nd notice I got excellent results with an appointment in less than a week. Thank you. More
