Service writer was very rude and unprofessional when the vehicle was stopped off. Nobody ever called to notify when vehicle was ready to be picked up. I dropped off on Friday, had appointment. Said it would vehicle was stopped off. Nobody ever called to notify when vehicle was ready to be picked up. I dropped off on Friday, had appointment. Said it would Be 2-3 hours. No call Friday. I called Monday spoke with Daniel. He scheduled would check on vehicle and call me right back. 3 hours later, we went to dealership to check on since Daniel never called me. Vehicle was ready. Still waiting for Daniel’s call. More
