Took my wife’s car in for an oil change rotate tires and a recall on the back up camera. They said it was ready when I went out to get it in it there was motor oil dripping off the fender. I hope they’re a a recall on the back up camera. They said it was ready when I went out to get it in it there was motor oil dripping off the fender. I hope they’re a little more detail oriented under the hood than they are on the fender that’s not acceptable you would think they’d have Quality control but I guess not I’ll guarantee you they wouldn’t have treated their bosses car like that More

I was treated with respect by Daniel who was my service rep and I really appreciated it. I just don’t understand that it should take 3 days to check the computer and to recalculate the problem. Christine rep and I really appreciated it. I just don’t understand that it should take 3 days to check the computer and to recalculate the problem. Christine helped me with procuring a rental car and was friendly & helpful & always had a smile on her face. Since I was going to be without a car. She helped me relax & keep calm. When the need arises I will come back to Envision Ford of Oxnard. More

When they try to charge you over $900 for sparkplugs replacement, you know there is something shady going on.. called them out on it and the rep said the cost is based on complexity... how complex is ch replacement, you know there is something shady going on.. called them out on it and the rep said the cost is based on complexity... how complex is changing sparkplug for an an old 1994 car?
