I am having a hard time to recommend this dealer. When he called me to pick up the car, the work done was very sloppy requiring me to make another visit. This just required more time and effort than I expected. They used to wash cars after visits as a standard practice. It seems they are cutting corners and service. More

The prices are very high, especially labor. What upset me the most I was charged 3% fee because I paid by the credit card. I have not been told about this charge prior to picking my car. I was told I can avoid this fee (on the invoice it is called a technology fee) if I pay a cash. The service man was proposing many services without checking a previous vehicle maintenance history. He was just adding numbers without an explanation for the need of these service. They do not provide a report about their inspection, such as brake pad thickness, tire tread evaluation like they did before. Also, the serviceman did not list recommended services, which I declined, so I asked him to print another report. Not happy with the Ford Envision. More
