Service dept is great because of Marco and polo are great service advisors. Don’t know anything about the sales department since it changed from advantage ford which was totally awesome. Polo did a great job of explaining all that needed to be done. The service was great and I am totally pleased. The only thing that annoyed me was the 3% charge for using a credit card. I took my car in for the works package oil change. They said the price had gone up to $149. I had a $20 off coupon. That’s still twice the amount that performance Ford in West Covina charges. Bought a Transit van from these guys at end of 2023, drove my other van for a few months into 2024 and didn’t realize that rodents had eaten the windshield wiper supply line on new van till we started u drove my other van for a few months into 2024 and didn’t realize that rodents had eaten the windshield wiper supply line on new van till we started using it for work.. When I called them they gave me the run around about talking to General manager, called about a dozen times and each time couldn’t ever talk to him about fixing this issue and he never called me back after leaving messages each day. Happy with the Transit but their customer service isn’t the best, make sure you do thorough investigation so u don’t have to go through what I did. More
