The service department has consistently been excellent with me and my cars. I now strictly deal with polo as my service advisor. She knows me by my License plate, So when I pull in, he always has a big smile and a welcoming hello. Polo is sharp, thorough, precise, and much more in his prompt Response via telephone or text if not immediately within 10 minutes. I personally cannot say enough good things about polo Hernandez. I am hoping in their change to envision ford that they keep the employees that truly go the extra mile as polo does. More
Your costs for an oil change have become too high. I was told on my last visit that I had a leak in the rear end suspension, and to replace it would be $825. I came in to fix a camera fault on my 2021 Mach e . This issue had been fixed about 9 months ago and was billed $ 1369 for it. Service advisor said it would need to be inspected to find cause of proble This issue had been fixed about 9 months ago and was billed $ 1369 for it. Service advisor said it would need to be inspected to find cause of problem and gave be an estimate for $250. Got a call back from him explaining that the module replaced earlier was replaced again at no charge. I found Envision Ford to be an honest, fair and professional organization.
