Your costs for an oil change have become too high. I was told on my last visit that I had a leak in the rear end suspension, and to replace it would be $825. (car was raised up so I could look) I cannot keep coming with all those kind of reports and expenses. Marco does a wonderful job, and I have been very pleased with his service on my previous visits. I came in to fix a camera fault on my 2021 Mach e . This issue had been fixed about 9 months ago and was billed $ 1369 for it. Service advisor said it would need to be inspected to find cause of problem and gave be an estimate for $250. Got a call back from him explaining that the module replaced earlier was replaced again at no charge. I found Envision Ford to be an honest, fair and professional organization. The WORST experience I have ever had at a franchise car dealership. I brought my Explorer for an oil change and when I left, I noticed my speakers weren’t working. Basically said I was lying because there was 100% no chance their technician would touch anything that could affect it. His manager Phillip carried the same position but with more attitude. Last night I noticed my safety features are malfunctioning and now this is a safety matter. I’m waiting to hear back from Steven Sao, I already called and emailed on 8/22 (the date of the incident) but I haven’t heard back. Will keep everyone posted with more updates on all platforms. More
