Their personnel are mostly friendly, but they are unprofessional, unhelpful, and would rather save face than be honest. We scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and we were told the first available would be that Wednesday. We attempted to call Tuesday to confirm our appointment; however there was no answer despite multiple calls. When you arrive to the service center in person you’ll see why. The service center personnel literally ignore the phones. It prompted one customer to tell a service center representative no wonder I couldn’t get you guys on the phone. With the service center representative providing some half cocked excuse. Once you get seen by a service center representative you’ll be told you don’t actually have an appointment because the person that you were lucky enough to get on the phone didn’t put it in the system. However, they’ll be nice enough to take your vehicle in making it seem like they are doing you a favor. Don’t let it confuse you though they’re just covering for their mistake. The service center representative handling your vehicle will call you two days after you dropped off the vehicle to tell you they’ve been troubleshooting your vehicle and should have an answer for you the next day. However, when you call the following day it will turn out it’s the individuals day off and the best part is no one has actually done anything except move your vehicle from the drop off point. When you call again to request your vehicle back you’ll be greeted by the woman that handles the phone directory. The woman that manages the phone directory will leave you on hold so long, you’ll decide to Uber to the dealership and still be on hold. The best part is when you arrive at the dealership you’ll see her walking out for her lunch break while you’re still on hold.. classic. If you have a choice don’t choose this dealership/service center. More
Under new management, the dealership is experiencing adjustment issues. The push for customers to leave their vehicles annoys me, but is understandable due to the heavy workload and lack of organizatio adjustment issues. I've been taking my 20-year-old vehicle to this dealership since purchasing it there. I hope to continue doing so, but I resent the feeling that their time is more precious than mine. My advisor was quite helpful and pleasant once it was established that I would wait for my vehicle. More

We have purchased several cars from Advantage Ford and Lincoln and had our cars serviced there for over 20 years, never has the service been as bad as it was yesterday. Combining Ford and Lincoln service the worst, obviously there is complete disregard of appointment time's. The change of ownership and complete mismanagement have destroyed the dealership and we will not be back. More
