Under new management, the dealership is experiencing adjustment issues. The push for customers to leave their vehicles annoys me, but is understandable due to the heavy workload and lack of organizatio adjustment issues. I've been taking my 20-year-old vehicle to this dealership since purchasing it there. I hope to continue doing so, but I resent the feeling that their time is more precious than mine. We have purchased several cars from Advantage Ford and Lincoln and had our cars serviced there for over 20 years, never has the service been as bad as it was yesterday. Combining Ford and Lincoln service the worst, obviously there is complete disregard of appointment time's. The change of ownership and complete mismanagement have destroyed the dealership and we will not be back. More
Atrocious customer service all-around at this location. I called in once to check on a vehicle. The sales rep Jose called me 6 times to follow up but when I call back to get more information he's impossibl I called in once to check on a vehicle. Him and Yanni the sales manager give conflicting information and were extremely incompetent. One day they tell me I'm approved and the next day they retracted a the financing approval from Ford and refused to give me a reason. I had to call 9 times in a single day to get anyone to call me back and the GM David Zarabi refused to show the basic courtesy of addressing my issues. Really horrible business acumen all around at this dealership. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. More

Marco is a super helpful service representative. Nothing but praise for him. However, they had our vehicle for over 2 weeks to repair 2 different recalls and an oil leak they found on the inspection Nothing but praise for him. However, they had our vehicle for over 2 weeks to repair 2 different recalls and an oil leak they found on the inspection. I can't help but think that it took longer for our vehicle to get done because repairs were covered under our warranty. Also, this dealership does not provide loaner vehicles which created a massive inconveinance for us. We were offered a rental a week into the process, but that seems crazy for us to pay for a rental car because of an incredibly slow repair time. I also have several friends who have had similar experiences like ours. More
I like bringing my Ford car to Envision Ford however this last experience was not as good as the past. I felt the service price was rather high compared to what I have paid for the same or more in the past. last experience was not as good as the past. I felt the service price was rather high compared to what I have paid for the same or more in the past. The second thing that occurred was that my car was ready rather quickly which was fantastic. However, I was told it was done but just needed to be washed. After half an hour I checked and was told my car still needed to be washed but it would be soon. After another half hour it finally was washed. During this time, I saw other customers who arrived after I did leaving with washed cars. I am not sure how that happens unless my car was missed somehow. I was happy when my car was done quickly since I was the first car in line that day but having to wait for an hour to get it washed definitely did not make me feel good about the experience. I'm sure something went wrong that morning since I saw others arriving and leaving with washed cars after I was told mine was done. More
