Went in for The Works oil change. Edgar got me in quickly. Had a Lyft take me home. Edgar called me about 3 hours later, letting me know my car was ready and sent over another Lyft. T Edgar got me in quickly. Had a Lyft take me home. Edgar called me about 3 hours later, letting me know my car was ready and sent over another Lyft. The entire was fast and easy. I've taken my cars to this dealer for years and will continue to do so if the service continues to be great! More
Polo was excellent and provided me with excellent Customer Service. The only thing I would comment is that you need to pay more attention to your workers, they give excellent work, but they seemed o Customer Service. Worse experience I have ever received. Lack of communication and not all serviced that was requested was done. No one answers the phone when you try to reach out for status and rude employees at the cash register area where you used to pick up and pay for service. I don't see myself going back anytime soon. Polo does a great job but it appears the dealership is understaffed. I tried to call 5 times to set an appointment but never got someone to answer or call back.
