It seems that since becoming Envision, things there are rather hectic there with too many appts being too close together. I also called a few times and nobody even answered the phone. It just rang. Brought my car in Thursday I had to call to find out what is happening with my car a week later stated also i needed a battery per my request which I didn’t request!! Service tech said he’d balance and rota is happening with my car a week later stated also i needed a battery per my request which I didn’t request!! Carlos was great! He and I talked extensively by phone about the car model I wanted and a fair price (he knew I didn't want any extras, etc.). The only thing I didn't like from Duarte was the pressure from the financing dept. to buy extended warranties (which I didn't do). But I suspect every dealership does that. I gave this dealer several chances to improve their customer service but they dropped the ball every time. I want to start by saying my service advisor Polo tried his hardest to provide the best servic customer service but they dropped the ball every time. I want to start by saying my service advisor Polo tried his hardest to provide the best service. Unfortunately they are clearly understaffed and management is clearly not helping. I constantly stated do not wash my vehicle as it is ceramic coated and most dealer car washes are not the best for the paint. Sure enough my car pulls up and I can see they used a dirty rag to dry it and its covered in hard water spots. The hard top to my vehicle is showing signs of stress cracks ,which look similar to TSBs related to the hard top, and my service advisor communicates to me that he need to get a rep from Ford approve it. I have contacted the service advisor a few times over several months and he still has no answer, not his fault though. I finally confronted the service manger about it after several months and he simply says its been declined nonchalantly. A simple oil change turned into a huge fiasco. The tech spilled oil all over the engine bay and hood and then decided to jump in the vehicle while apparently covered in oil. The service manager tried to make it right by offering to clean it but the detailers ended up staining and damaging the plastic trims. Finally the dealer calls me to inform me of an open recall and to schedule an appointment. I show up the day of and few hours later I get a call stating that they require a special tool to fix the recall. Ever since the dealer ship changed ownerships its been nothing but terrible customer service. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this dealer nor purchasing another vehicle from here while its under the Envision brand. More
