Service department is horrible, they are definitely not doing a satisfactory job and ensuring safety for its customers. I can’t recommend enough, if you need to have your Ford serviced, reach out to Marco! The only reason I continue to go to go to Envision Ford is the professionalism and customer service that Marco continues to provide. He is truly an asset to Envision Ford. While my wife’s car was in for service my truck broke down. I asked Marco to give me a heads up of when the car would be finished because I needed time to catch the bus. Marco immediately replied to me and informed me that he was going to call a Lyft for me. I was concerned about the cost but Marco explained that the dealership provides Lyft services for customers that need it. Another act of customer service from Marco by informing me of the Lyft and for ensuring I had a ride to the dealership. More
We had an excellent experience overall. Made an appointment with Ryan over the phone Saturday. He had something come up and both he and Steve texted me to let me know of the change. I did a lot of research before going to the dealership. They had more Ranger Raptors on their lot than all the other area dealerships combined. Steve was very knowledgeable about the Raptor and answered all my questions. Manuel, Juan and Boris were all very helpful closing the deal. I love my new Ranger Raptor and I'm looking forward to taking it to the mountains soon. More
