He took the time to show me the car in detail and walked me through everything I needed to know about the Mach-E. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Walter, I felt confident in my purchase and excited about my new Mustang Mach-E. Highly recommend both the dealership and Walter if you’re looking for great service and honest guidance. The people were perfectly nice and enjoyable to interact with, but I was not happy with the level of service or the sales tactics. I bought a used vehicle, and they added a markup to it for surface protecti with, but I was not happy with the level of service or the sales tactics. I bought a used vehicle, and they added a markup to it for surface protection despite it being a work van that had messed up bumpers, a scratched and ripped up interior, and bubbles under the gauge cluster. They ultimately cut it down to $750, but this just felt extremely scummy. They then made me wait 40 minutes for a complimentary wash while it was actively pouring rain, and even though they specifically said that they would top off the fuel tank, it was a little over half full when they gave it to me.
