Everyone is nice. I tell them the problem but they charge me 250 dollars to diagnose it for them selves, then tell me it cost over a thousand dollars for the part(more if not all labor). Then on the invoice they charge me 240 diagnose it for them selves, then tell me it cost over a thousand dollars for the part(more if not all labor). Then on the invoice they charge me 240 dollars for a service they never did cause my truck doesn't have a filter on that model. If you throughly don't go through the invoice it would of cost me sooo much money. He credited my visa but on the invoice it shows I was charged for this part and labor, wow. He also said the invoice would explain in detail what is wrong and the original problem part needed for future but never received that. I am trying to work with you guys because my department goes through you but....damm SMH. Leaving there I don't know if anything was really done or could be trusted. More
