Like McArthur I will return..... t was not my intention to purchase a new vehicle, I own a truck (love it) however the fuel cost has gotten out of hand. My daughter had just purchased a car from another well know car rental place in Calif. (H) and was quite satisfied with both the c/s and the vehicle. Although it helped that her husbands' csn. is the mgr. of that location. Moving forward, thinking that rental cars are kept in the best mechanical condition and for the most part not dented I sought out that same rental/sales co. in Vegas. I did my homework online, found the most economical and priced right car. I called and spoke with a nice enough person, then made an appt. to drive in from Utah to test drive THREE choices of the same make but different years. My friend drove with me because it was my intention to purchase. it was well over 100 degrees, we drove, I boarded my dogs and off we went. When I arrived my slsm. had taken a day off, only one car was there for viewing, that car looked like it was in a fight with road rocks. I was handed over to another slsm. the did not seem to want to be bothered with my sale. I was told the other two were not yet ready ? for viewing and in fact were in another location. That was extremely upsetting to me, as those cars were on line and there was no indication that they were not on the premises. Angry because of what I spent on fuel, boarding my dogs and buying my friend lunch, I was angry and never coming back. FAST FORWARD. my quest began again and I found myself talking with an exceptional slsm. from Enterprise ....Lance Long, I told him my story and he did not bash the H dealership. Good sign. we talked and I continued to watch his site for my ideal vehicle. Moving forward: I drove to Vegas again, this time by myself & w/out the dogs. Lance met me immediately and we talked,,,,, I test drove....he was not pushy, he allowed me to scare the **** out of him testing .... and I was sold. Not only on the car but on him and this dealership. Being strong-armed is not in my vocabulary. LOL, and he did non of that. I ended up with a 2015 Ford Focus, I test drove a 2017 (2) and the 2015 which is fully loaded. I fell in love and that beautiful, CLEAN well-running baby that is now home with me in Utah. Not only is this location friendly, they go out of their way to accommodate the buyer. (another part of this story but not necessary) , I would recommend Lance Long and Enterprise to anyone without being concerned that my friends would not be treated well. More

My salesman, Eric Johnson was able to answer all my questions and help me to purchase a vehicle which fits my budget. Anthony assisted me years ago with my first vehicle purchase and based on his awesome knowledge and service, I simply had to return. I met another customer when I purchased my 2017 Ford Focus that told me that he was there to purchase his fifth vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales and that he would not think of going anywhere else. When my spouse is ready to get a second car, we will definitely return to Enterprise Car Sales. More

My insurance company set it up for me to get a rental car from Enterprise on East Sahara. The young man named Rich told me he had a friend at the local car sales office in Henderson and asked me if it was okay to pass my info along to them and I said sure. Although I wasn't injured in the accident, since moving downtown to be closer to my employer, it's been one catastrophe after another. My brand new apt was flooded two times within the first two weeks by some careless neighbors and then the car accident occurred the third week. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting much or for a call of any kind coming my way from the local car sales office. Boy, was I wrong! Lol. I picked up the rental car on July 3rd and on July 4th I received a call from Andre Serhal at the Henderson car sales office. He was pleasant, kind, sympathetic, and professional. I asked him to give me the holiday to relax and recover from the accident whirlwind. He did. He called me back on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for me to come meet with him on Friday. From start to finish, Andre and Jimmy were amazing! My Dad was helping me with the car while living in Cali and the deal almost didn't go through over the weekend. Jimmy took the time on Monday to reassure my Dad and I was purchasing the car on Monday and picking it up on Tuesday! It's a beautiful 2014 Nissan Sentra and drives like a dream!! Go see Andre Serhal!! Tell him Kathy H. sent you!! You'll love him!! He answered any remaining questions that I had via text promptly and professionally even on his days off. WOW!! I work for a company that prides itself on great customer service and I hold every company to our standard and Andre, Jimmy, Enterprise Car Sales, and the East Sahara Enterprise rental car office passed with flying colors!! The day after I picked up the rental I received an e-mail from Sarah, she said the person who helped me get my rental in the back had told her I might be interested in purchasing a car from them. The day before my rental was due back I thought why not check them out. So my Daughter and I stopped and saw Sarah. She listened to my story of how my car was totaled and sympathized with me about my injuries. She had a couple of cars for me to look at and try out and I noticed a beautiful blue Kia Forte setting out in the lot. I asked about driving it and she said "Sure!" That was it. I had had such a bad incident with my accident that this deal was painless. This car is a little smaller than my Grand Prix was and doesn't have all the bells and whistles that it had, but is 9 years newer (2017), and a lot of those bells and whistles I didn't even use.. Sarah made a bad situation better and the next morning when I returned my rental my "new" car was washed, polished, fresh smelling and ready for me to drive away in. I was happy I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or was out of my budget. This is the place to go for great service. More

Surprising results in a short time!! It was a total surprise to us to drive off in the car we only hoped to find, surprisingly at Enterprise. We were greeted on a Friday afternoon in the Enterprise car lot by Eric, who took us inside, got us water and turned us over to Sarah Sciabica who sat and talked with us for a while, asking about our needs and choice of cars, which Sarah happily said had just arrived that day.....a Sonata! We had a prior dinner engagement and had to leave but made an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. We arrived the next morning, took a test drive (which Sarah attested was not scary at all, LOL) then Brian went to work on his calculator and phone to get us the best deal, which HE did and also gave us some good advice. Meanwhile, Sarah was such a dear to listen and share stories of her own. The deal was made in a about 3 hrs (which would have been 8 hrs at a dealership and maybe no car) and while we signed all the documents with Brian, Sarah had the car washed and ready for us to drive. But before that, Sarah took the time to go over bells and whistles, also paring our phones to the car. WOW, what a doll. Could not be happier to enjoy a sweet ride in our Senior years!! More

But we wanted to buy a car that had been regularly maintained, recently gone over and could offer a warranty. Enterprise offered all 3. Plus we had a very knowledgeable and professional sales rep (Sasha) with 6 years experience helping us. Things went extremely smoothly. Sasha found the vehicle we wanted,; we went to the bank to get a check; and we drove off with a 2017 Pacifica minivan. As an elderly driver, my body can no longer contort itself into sedan driver seats so the space and roominess of a minivan is just what I needed. We had gone to 4 other dealerships and the sales people were so irritating and frustrating. They tried to put us in a van I didnt like or want to consider. One kept lying and so we left. But at enterprise car sales in Henderson, Sarah Sciabica and her sales manager were so personable, HONEST, and patient. DEFINITELY shop there!! More
