I just had to get a different car. I took it back, no questions, no hassle, no worries, and they found the car I was interested in to begin with in Reno, had it shipped here, and took care of me on monthly costs perfectly. I don't understand why people would go to a dealership besides Enterprise. More

Excellent service I was driving one day and my car broke down in front of an Enterprise Rental store on north Rancho in las vegas. So I went in to rent a car there and everyone treated me wonderfully. I told them I was looking to buy a new car so they referred me to the enterprise car sales in Henderson. There I met Katie McClain, a sales rep, who was one of the most pleasant and helpful salesperson I've ever dealt with. She listened to me and helped me find the perfect vehicle for me, at an unbelievable price. Then Jimmy the sales manager stepped in and helped me with all the sales, financing etc. He too was very pleasant to deal with. I am 66 years old, and I can truly say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. I got a great vehicle at a great price with the help of great people. More
