If you want a low stress car buying experience..... ...this is the place. We dealt with Gerald at the outset, but due to schedule conflicts between Gerald and myself Cassandra handled the sale. I can't say enough about how well I was treated and accommodated throughout the whole transaction including Marabelle who who handles "the numbers". The price is the price so there are no surprises at the end like I have had happen to me before at other dealers. There was never any pressure to take anything like the "Super This Or That". If you'd like it fine, if not that's fine too. I most highly recommend this office without reservation and have shared my experience with anyone that mentions needing a car. More

I did not like that days after purchasing my car, enterprise financial was calling us to gather more information which was already provided- this is the first time they do that- so it made me wonder the reason why they were asking the exact same information all over again when we spent long hours doing the paperwork. More

They restocked the coffee station, augmented the variety of snacks, told us what cold drinks were in the refrigerator and welcomed us to partake. They anticipated our needs from the smallest details to understanding the big picture of our visit and did everything to meet these needs with pleasure. I can't imagine a reasonable request they would not have tried to fulfill. In fact I imagine I could have asked them to tie my shoe for me and they would have apologized for not noticing it was untied and promptly tying it in a double knot just for good measure! Clearly I jest but I hope it makes the point> Our salesperson Ben (An accomplished Eagle Scout!) was a pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectations. Untrust worthy dealers and money grabbers. never know the full story behind your purchase, even if you educate yourself in all the pitfalls and scams of dealerships. Enterprise Car Sales, specifically the Huntington branch, truly eliminated all that from the purchase process. Truly felt there was no hidden agendas or dealer money grab going on behind the scenes. They were professional, the whole office was engaging not just the sales woman the primarily assisted me with my purchase. It was one of the better experiences I have had in the ominous "Car Buying Experience" over the years. My sales person, (Dani) was fabulous and truly helpful. The process was at least half the time spent in a regular dealership. And that was one positive of many in this experience.
