They took a 2008 Trailblazer as a trade from me, which I bought from them 9 years ago, I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Frontier from this location. I didn't care for what they had in stock, brought in a truck from New Jersey the next day which met my expectations. All sales staff and management low key and very friendly. If you're looking for a recent model year, low mileage vehicle, and don't care for the bait and switch experience of new car dealers, give them a try. More

Well.....lots of promises After stopping at 6 dealerships I was encouraged to try Enterprise car sales by my credit union. I quickly found a car I liked at a price I liked. I was surprised and skeptical but gave them a shot. After a month the car seems fine but I had a horrible experience trying to detail the vehicle. Misinformation, missed appointments and poor customer service with their vendor. I was also promised at 100 gift card to make up for the problems but I never got that. So.......enterprise management tried and promised to get it resolved and then did but still haven't gotten the gift card. More

3rd car purchase experience not as good Bought 3 cars from this dealership. First 2 experiences were excellent overall so I returned fully expecting to be wowed again. I got the car I was lo Bought 3 cars from this dealership. First 2 experiences were excellent overall so I returned fully expecting to be wowed again. I got the car I was looking for but had to pay a $250 transfer fee which I didn't mind until I discovered the car did not have a rear view camera (I mistakenly thought the online specs included this as a standard option). After leaving several unreturned phone calls touching on this matter, I went back to the dealership. Not wanting it to be a deal breaker, they got me a dealer price of $690 to have the camera installed. I asked if the transfer fee could be waived in consideration as I was now $940 over the real purchase price of the car but was told it could not be done due to their arrangement with their transport agent. Now, I'm thinking to myself, I've paid over $60k for 3 cars and they can't waive $250? I also pointed out that I received the car with only 1/4 tank of gas which Mirabelle promptly corrected by having the tank filled while I waited for a resolution on the camera issue. Needless to say, I was and remain disappointed as this was not the experience I was looking forward to having with my 3rd car purchase. More
