Easily the best car buying experience ever. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Mike and Peter. They were both friendly and helpful in creating an enjoyable pressure free environment. Jeep Compass So after picking up my wife Nissan Altima and being completely satisfied I decided to trade in my old Nissan Pathfinder for a 2018 Jeep Compass. We wo So after picking up my wife Nissan Altima and being completely satisfied I decided to trade in my old Nissan Pathfinder for a 2018 Jeep Compass. We worked out the down payment and financial arrangements with the Finance Manager Matt Golfin (who we all know is the biggest salesman any car dealer has b😊) but he was very fair on my trade-in and was willing to work a deal. I visited another Jeep dealer prior and their finance guy would not budge the last 1k to get the sale. He later called me near the end of the month offering me the Jeep. Sorry buddy but Enterprises Finance guy was a lot more personable. Mark and I had some issues trying to find the exact Latitude model and features but he finally located the vehicle I wanted. During the process he kept me updated via texts and e-mails. This was a lot more work for him but something all salesman should do. When we purchase something so expensive we do expect some customer service and with Enterprise I got a ton. Finally when I went to test drive it I was impressed with the vehicle just as much as I was with the entire experience. Sadly I do not need anymore vehicles… Thanks Enterprise for all your hard work! Now for number 2 My wife’s Nissan Altima was totaled by a hit & run driver so we ended up at Enterprise rental. What we did not know is Enterprise has a car sales side of the house. Mark Meltser was recommended so we visited. The moment the wife and I walked in we knew this was different from other dealerships. They were friendly and there was no hard sales. We sat down and he wanted to know our story, wanted to know what we wanted and what was our budget. He did not try to sell us anything else. We worked out a deal and kept it to our budget. My wife now has back her black Nissan Altima she loves. It is now 3 weeks later and I decided the procedure of buying a car which is usually so much of a haggle/negations from a normal dealer I would buy myself a new vehicle from Mark. I did visit two dealers and try to work a deal but I could not get anywhere close to the customer service I got at Enterprise car sales. This Thursday I pick up my new Jeep Compass. Thank You Mark. They even transferred the vehicle we wanted to look at and ultimately bought from an Enterprise location in another state. There were some very minor problems with the vehicle a 2017 Ford Expedition after we bought it and the customer service they displayed in taking care of the problems was superb.
