"Couldn't have asked for more." I'm handicapped and can only walk a short distance. Mike Nguyen was wonderful! I told him what car I was interested in and he brought it to my home I'm handicapped and can only walk a short distance. Mike Nguyen was wonderful! I told him what car I was interested in and he brought it to my home within a few hours to test drive. It was just what I wanted. He answered all my questions and explained how to use all the new gadgets. He gave me a fair price for my older car. I bought it on the spot and he did everything else; including transferring my stuff from the old car to the new one., called my insurance etc. He delivered it the next day, all set to go! I never had to leave my home except to test drive it. I'm 76 years old and I never could done it without him. He went above and beyond what he had to do. Wonderful experience !!! More

Escellent customer service 2nd purchase in 10 years and the salesmanship was awesome! I went to several "reputable" dealers before finalizing on Enterprise. Those other salesman and sales managers were pushy and would not budge from sticker. Went to the Enterprise website, everything is fully disclosed. I picked the vehicle I wanted and called. I spoke to RoAce who was very helpful. Since the vehicle had to come from out of state, RoAce explained the process and kept me updated up to arrival. I already had financing and was just planning to get the paperwork for the bank. RoAce introduced me to Terence who was able to cut a financing deal that day (better than my bank's offer)!! Thanks to both RoAce and Terence and Enterprise Sales for providing an exceptional car buying experience! More
