Problem I went for was diagnosed as I thought it may be. But they found a issue which I did not know about, was under warranty and they made that repair as well. The people were very courteous and friendly. Service was done in a very timely fashion and on time. However, part of what was supposed to be done was- new wipers all around - was not done. We bought a vehicle that had a few issues ( one fairly serious) and it took 3 trips to the dealership to get it resolved during our vacation but they ultimately resolved those. We have to bring the vehicle to another dealer to fix a dent they agreed to fix- again, not convenient but apparently they will pay for it, which we hope they will ,but another trip to a dealer even further away. .So, a fair amount of inconvenience but atleast a good outcome so far.
