Our salesman, Hector, was great. Very friendly and wasn’t overbearing. We found him helpful. The sales manager, Joe, not so much. I know he was just trying to do his job and get the dealership the best deal, but he came off quite rude. My biggest beef was at the end doing the closing paperwork. When we began the electronic part on the iPad, my wife and I each signed. The finance guy took the iPad and just started clicking on it and the next thing I knew he was taking papers folding them up and trying to stick them in an envelope to send us on our way. Never gave me a chance to see what he signed off on what my rates were payment nothing. Found this very malicious and underhanded. When I did take the papers and looked at it, I told him the term was incorrect as I only wanted a 48 month loan. He told me the sales manager, Joe, had submitted the application and it was too late as everything was signed. Not the way I do business. Probably will never be back. More

Installed a engine in my vehicle. Was demanded payment by technician on Sunday before job was completed. When I got vehicle back I had to work on it for 45 minutes to make it drivable Was demanded payment by technician on Sunday before job was completed. After bringing issues to manager he refused to resolve issues and told me I should have did it myself and take complaints to technician. Tech hide broken parts and forget to put some back on. Transmission dip stick installed incorrectly causing a major fluid leak. More
