I’ve bought 13 cars (new and used) from dealers in my life, and this was the best experience I ever had. I contacted Englewood Ford about a vehicle I saw in their inventory at around 9:30 AM and was pai life, and this was the best experience I ever had. I contacted Englewood Ford about a vehicle I saw in their inventory at around 9:30 AM and was paired with Dave to finish the deal. I completed their finance application online, and said I’d be there at 6:30 PM looking to drive away if everything looked good. Showed up at 6:30, and Dave had everything ready to go - was on my way home with my new truck by 7:00. Will buy from them again! More

the sale was smooth but the escape had issue with the sunroof that took few days wait to get it looked at and fixed did not expect that problem on a new vehicle but the finger point to the assembly and i sunroof that took few days wait to get it looked at and fixed did not expect that problem on a new vehicle but the finger point to the assembly and inspection people responsible for inspecting items on the vehicle before shipping hopefully it is a one time miss and not a trend More
