John Zona took all my information and helped me order a 2016 Legacy back in early July. He never tried to sell me anything else. John was very respectful of what I was choosing and also discussed several important optional features with me --the ideal car salesman. That day I also met Larry Merola, their finance chief. Larry worked with me and, again, I felt completely at ease. My beautiful lapis pearl blue Legacy arrived exactly 8 weeks after I ordered it. Pick up was very efficient. We were done with all the finance paperwork, registration, new plates and my car electronics set up in less than an hour. The Legacy drives like a dream. Metric is the best. I have shopped at many dealerships, Metric is not like them. They do not force you, pressure you or insist that you sign on the dotted line. You deal with the salesman from start to finish. They do not add on all of those ridiculous fees. I'm totally impressed with this old fashioned method. They value loyalty (as we all do). Some people must walk in with a nasty attitude and that's why they have a bad experience. If you are are sour, nasty person demanding things, expect that you'll be treated exactly like that. I know this dealer runs like a well oiled machine and I can guarantee an honest and fair price. More
