Very Disappointed.. I bought 2 new Forester in the last 2 years, the second one was a trade.... The problem is Vinny Rizzo promise me to give me a "CROSS BAR" for my new car as a gift, and he was suppose to call me back. I waited a month and no calls from him, so I call him instead and Vinny took my phone number to call me back, and he never called. Pass 2 weeks I call the dealer and Vinny pick up the phone and for some reason the call dropped, 3 minutes later I called back and they said Vinny is not working today, (big lie) and I left message with another person and again he never return my call. Now I understand that they only care if you are going to buy.... after that they don't care what the customer think or feel... More

They were proud of their product and it showed. They explained things from the minute I walked in until the day I drove off with my new Subaru. I walked in with an appointment to drive a new Outback. But the Forester on the floor changed my mind. So Michele explained the differences and arranged for a test drive in a Forester. When I came back I knew I wanted the forester in the showroom. I came back another day to look at the car again and decided to buy it. So between John and Larry every thing was worked out and setup. And that Saturday I drove home in my new 2017 Subaru Forester Touring in black with a brown leather interior. More

We closed the deal very quickly without any of the usual car dealer BS. Larry the finance manager was low pressure, actually no pressure at all. The product specialist that delivered the car was also great. Getting the job done quickly and efficiently. It went so well that we leased a second vehicle a month later! More

I didn't have to do a thing but show up and pick out a new car, how awesome is that. Now that is were William comes in. Knowing my price point, William showed me a Legacy. Now I'm a truck girl so looking at a "car" was very different for me. He brought me out to the lot and showed me a Legacy. I was very impressed by the look of the car. The only word that came to mind was sexy. We took it for a test drive and I was hooked. I was like a little kid in the candy store as William explained all the cars features.
