I’ve had my vehicle left with this company for an auto collision repair and both visits have accumulated 9 weeks so far and still don’t have the vehicle returned. When I picked it up the first time, the r collision repair and both visits have accumulated 9 weeks so far and still don’t have the vehicle returned. When I picked it up the first time, the repair guy had been fired for “bad work”…my brand new replacement vehicle doors were improperly replaced and stuck out at the top and then it rained into my front driver door side and then the security lock side panel flew off while driving on the highway because the same mechanic didn’t replace them with new ones when my vehicle was getting serviced and then at the same time that happened, my trunk stopped opening….of course I’m told this isn’t related, but I assure you I had no issues with my car until it was getting fixed. Then they send my vehicle somewhere else and tell me after the fact. How do you make decisions for someone else’s property??…I wish I went somewhere else. I’m severely disappointed! I’ve had to pay out of pocket to make it to an annual family reunion and have had to postpone our family vacation. I never receive callbacks when I call there. Clearly not a priority. More
