I would have recommended the dealership if they didn't lie to my daughter and I about how they fixed all the issues we spoke about in the vehicle that we purchased. When my daughter went to get the vehicle inspected unfortunately it failed. We found out there were quite a few problems with the vehicle that should've been taken care of before we were told that all the issues were taken care of and it was safe to drive home from the dealership. No Bueno! They are fixed now due to state inspection failure! More

Horrible experience, brought vehicle to mechanic 2 weeks after purchasing and he mentioned that it it war poorly inspected. Paid over 22k wasn't expected parts missing. Belts squeaks when driving in rain after purchasing and he mentioned that it it war poorly inspected. Paid over 22k wasn't expected parts missing. Belts squeaks when driving in rain due to missing skid plate and inner fend e liners. Skid plate was removed and lost when oil change was done , now I'm expected to pay for replacement which is crazy. More

I am extremely unsatisfied! After "replacing" my ac condenser that was leaking under warranty, it only worked for a couple of weeks. I don't have ac again! I called on Monday afternoon and left a voicemail and it is now a week later and I still haven't received a call back. This is an issue that needs to be fixed - this time for free. I refuse to pay my deductible of $100 again, because clearly it wasn't fixed the first time. More
