Worst dealer ever I gave this dealer one star only because there is not an option for zero stars. I regretfully bought a car there over 30 days ago and I have yet to receive the car registration, second set of keys and a check for a car detail they promised since the car wasn’t detailed before pick up. The car I traded in has also not been paid off yet!! I have been calling this dealership for weeks trying to get answers and not only does no one get back to me, the few people that I have spoken to are extremely unprofessional and not helpful. I was told I don’t have the right to be given the information stating MY loan was paid off yet I legally do according to my bank and now the payment is late because they have taken over 30 days to pay it off as agreed upon at closing. I have numberous texts from both my salesman and the general manager showing their complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customer. Not only will I never do business with this company again but if I could return the car I bought from them and never deal with them again, I would have done that weeks ago. More

Great people Great deal We’ve been looking for an suv with 3rd row for about a month. We did are homework and knew there were only a few that met all are requirements. The Dodge Durango was the stand out, tons of options, styling and size. We looked at several, mostly the GT with a 6 cylinder, this was what we thought was in are price range. That was until we met Paul and Jon. On the lot was a 2017 Dodge Durango r/t, this was the one for us, but didn’t think it would be an option. Well long story short, we talked to Jon and Paul, explained what we wanted for a monthly payment, with are trade and money down we made the deal. I was asked not to say how much we ended paying, but I will say that there’s a photo of me on the wall telling the sales staff to “beware”..., Lol. Honestly great people, amazing deal. Do your homework, know what you want and go get your new car. I love mine JV More

Make sure they have correct title before signing Sales process went smooth as well as the financing. All down hill from there. Purchased vehicle on a Thursday. Monday received call stating couldn't Sales process went smooth as well as the financing. All down hill from there. Purchased vehicle on a Thursday. Monday received call stating couldn't register for me as there was a problem with the title. Well ok, we will take our trade in back until everything is fixed. Can't do that, they already sent it to auction. Wait 2 weeks to get a phone call stating they got title in. Go sign title, they say another 3-4 days before it will be registered. This is where i get really mad. Keep in mind I am paying insurance and a car note for a vehicle I can't drive. Evan and Chrissy mention speaking to manage, Bryce multiple times during this ordeal. At no point does the manager ever speak to me or apologize for what has happened. Finally get car, never detailed it or got sticker for me. Of course, they gave me a voucher to go get my own sticker and said I can drop off car to get detailed. That's great but yet again, another inconvenience for me to drop off my car, get a ride to work and then back to pick up my car. More
