I’ve been in the market to get a new car for about a year and I’ve been very picky about the process. I finally found empire and was out in contact w Michelle who was more than helpful and was readily availa and I’ve been very picky about the process. I finally found empire and was out in contact w Michelle who was more than helpful and was readily available. When I got to empire a few days later I met Said, he actually greeted me outside and was very friendly. I told him I spoke w Michelle and wanted to get the white Ford Fusion. Said made the process happen as smoothly as possible, I don’t have the best credit but Said made me feel less overwhelmed by confirming that he would do just about anything to make sure I get approved. All that being said, the next day I returned to pick my the new car. What was great about Said was that while he was doing paperwork he helped another set of customers that were having insurance transfer issues. Even though Said was helping them as well i still feel like I had his undivided attention. I don’t ever write reviews but I feel like Said was very helpful. I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation. -Bobby. More

Quick talkers looking to take advantage of people. I thought the price for the tire 221.00 dollars was very pricey. Also Kim, service dept., stated that all 4 tires were adjusted to have same PSI,s which was not the case.
