Because of this, I decide to look for other opinions in 5 different places. paying Diagnosis in certified and transmission places and does not have any codes, NOTHING SUSPECTS THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS INCORRECT. My husband and I think the same thing because there is nothing that is alert for it to be damaged. That is why I will never go back to this DEALER SERVICE!!! MISLEADING. alert with them.. my car is a 2019 nissan sentra. and seeing what happened to me... I found some reviews of another girl to whom the same thing happened in November 2022. I will never buy a Nissan car. Because what they don't sell they want to charge their customers with a bad diagnosis. spend money, time and a lot of stress. Beware of these people! Look for 2 3 4 5th OPINION I called the service manager and these were his words when I told him what happened to me to investigate why 5 different service centers told me that the transmission is perfect. THE ROUTE 22 SERVICE gives me a FALSE diagnosis: their answer is THAT ONLY THEY GET THE CODE...NOBODY ELSE SEES IT🙄 very suspicious. 5 different places next to each other and La Nissan is the only one that looks bad. Also a lot 👁 when they recommended a transmission fluid change, they also told me I needed a brake fluid change and 3 other things...but when they returned 2 weeks later, it was just a TRANSMISSION change! The others disappeared, they are fine, very strange, right? CAREFUL! More

Hello, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and anger at the service I received on May 2nd and 3rd when I brought in my Nissan Rogue for a rear wheel bearing replacement. I expected a high leve and anger at the service I received on May 2nd and 3rd when I brought in my Nissan Rogue for a rear wheel bearing replacement. I expected a high level of service from your dealership, but instead, I was met with a frustrating and disappointing experience. Firstly, the repair work on my car was not completed to my satisfaction. After driving my car for only two days following the repair, I found that the rear wheel bearing was still making a noise not like before but the car is shaking on the highway and the ABS alert signal was displayed on the dashboard. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail and quality in the work that was carried out. Secondly, the customer service I received from your staff was very poor. I was not kept informed about the progress of the repair and had to call multiple times to get updates. When I expressed my concerns about the ongoing issues with my car, I felt like I was not being listened to and my concerns were not being taken seriously. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your dealership and the quality of the repair work on my car. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue. I would appreciate it if you could contact me as soon as possible to discuss how we can proceed. More

The girl that received my car ,very rude and with real bad attitude. I asked a question and she just ignored me, and when I asked again she answered in real bad way! the agent that take care of me, was li bad attitude. She asked about others services that my car "needs " and when I told her that , that's for me very expensive she just got mad! It's like the don't really care about customer service, they just want to get your money and that's it.
