When I first arrived the people are great. The expectations of what you are coming for however the representative tell me my light in car for error was the key battery. It did not and they charge me for the battery. I understand the test and results and the offer to fix’s things however if I come for an oil change that’s what I want if you tell me something is going to be fixed with a basic battery I expect it. Mind you you all run test right so why the test did not let you know what the problem with the key message. Last but not least when I tried to get an understanding of the paperwork the lady who provided it just EAP me to the window as if I was a bad child being taken to detention. I felt dismissed. Overall I love Nissan cars however may definitely find another regular Nissan auto place to work with. I am not saying she was bad at her job but once the number was not satisfying to me with all those add ons I was dismissed. More
