Mr. Scheer, we apologize for the poor experience. It is our goal to provide exceptional service to every customer on every visit. Unfortunately, your keys were misplaced at some point. We realize that this caused great distress to yourself and your wife. Absolutely the last thing that we want to have happen to any of our customers. After our key machine failed to cut the new key correctly, your key was located and was able to be returned to you. Our service consultant did discount your service by $50, as he felt this was the right thing to do to try to assist you the best that he could. We also appreciate you taking some time out of your day on Monday to speak with our service manager, so we can use this a teaching experience to better our department. Again, if you are ever in the area, and there is anything that we can do to help you out, we would love the opportunity to make it up to you.

Michael, we sincerely apologize that you were not 100% happy with your service experience. Unfortunately, there are times that we do get extremely busy, which can increase wait times longer than normal. We are in the process of hiring more express technicians to better assist our customers during the busier times. Unfortunately good help is hard to find, however, we do have two new technicians coming aboard in the next two weeks. As far as the spark plugs, we recommended the service based on the age and mileage of your vehicle. It is not feasible to remove spark plugs on every vehicle that comes through our shop. We did review your service history and see that the spark plugs were not replaced at our facility. If they were replaced here, we would have seen that the service was already performed and would not have recommended replacement of the spark plugs. Again, I apologize for any confusion with the recommendation. Part of our responsibility to our customers is to advise what services are necessary to keep their vehicle running trouble free. We sincerely appreciate your business and hope that you would reconsider Empire Ford in the future.

I will say the staf is all nee feim the orginl repair time even they were mindblown with the qeird paperwork and couldn't explain half of the crap i went thru. However they atill had a transmission tech look at the vehicle and say a gasket pan had fo be replaced. Ended up not being the case at all took my business elsewhere the issue is the transmission they put in at ford not even 6 months ago has a huge crack the gasjwt pan was never the issue. Needless to say i qont give this place a dime i rather pay more elsewhere ans know i wont be stranded on the side of the road after their bogus repairs. I wouldn't trust them with a power wheel toy

Chakira, we appreciate the feedback. As you can tell, we have new staff in place and we are committed to providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the repairs on your vehicle were dictated by what your third party warranty company would allow us to do. We were able to assess your vehicle with no charge to you, and we did find a leak in the transmission pan gasket area. At that point we were not authorized to go any further with the diagnostics. Had we been authorized to remove the transmission pan to better assess why the gasket is leaking, I am sure we would have found any crack that may have been present. If there is anything that we can do for you in the future, please let us know.
