We apologize for the inconvenience. At this time, Ford Motor Company is requiring all dealerships to submit documentation with the correct vehicle identification number and the correct vehicle mileage before they will allow us to order the Driver Airbag replacement parts. We are hopeful that, as parts availability increases, this process will change. We realize this is a huge inconvenience for our customers, as well as our staff, however, this is the only way that we can currently order these specific parts.
