Had trouble with my F-150. The problem was diagnosed at another service facility, however when I brought it to Empire they actually figured out what the real problem was. Instead of a major problem it was another service facility, however when I brought it to Empire they actually figured out what the real problem was. Instead of a major problem it was a relatively minor repair job. Great to have the problem fixed and was extremely happy that I have my F-150 back in operation. Excellent job. Dealt with Samantha and Emily and they are top shelf in my book. More

I brought My E-450 Ford Motorhome in for overheat and drivability issue...instead of any of these problems being addressed they sold me a 205.00 battery (Which was dead when I went to leave)....The remai drivability issue...instead of any of these problems being addressed they sold me a 205.00 battery (Which was dead when I went to leave)....The remaining diagnostic charge with battery 718.00😔 More

Worst service department ever!!! Brought car in for recall repair. Delearship broke part repairing car, said nothing, and sent car home with my son saying car was all set. The worst part is, admitting to do improper repairs on a vehicle and sending a young kid away with the vehicle you say is safe to drive, when you know it's not.
