Poor customer service unprofessional Essentially waited at bay doors since 6:30 am for drop off the have front brakes installed and a tire replaced. Was told that I would be called in about an hour with pricing to move forward. I also provided them with coupons etc., from their dealership. Did not receive a call so, I Called after 9:30 am to be told my car would be ready by 1:00 pm but they hadn’t touched it or gotte. A price yet. I called again at 1:00pn to be told that the service technician Andrew was still at lunch, then called again at 2:45 pm only to be told that my vehicle hadn’t been touched yet by Andrew, but they close at 4 so that should be plenty of time to install brakes. I explained that he still hadn’t given me a price and that I previously explained to him at 7 am that the car was needed back that day....still waiting & nothing has been resolved and it’s surprisingly now after 5pm. Do NOT use this facility of Huntington Chevrolet located at 1072 East Jericho Turnpike, HUNTINGTON, NY for service the advisor wasn’t polite nor apologetic, he simply handed me my paperwork, grabbed his lunch bag and left a few minutes thereafter. More
