Not an ethical dealership run from LI Chevy Dealers Was in discussion with Manager “Chuck” on trade for 2019 Camaro. Specifically sent information and range looking for on a trade. “Chuck” called to te Was in discussion with Manager “Chuck” on trade for 2019 Camaro. Specifically sent information and range looking for on a trade. “Chuck” called to tell me a deal was very likely with anticipated value on trade. He continued to explain I would firther pirsue the transaction and that he conferred with Dan the manager. After arriving at the dealership and wasting an hour of time giving all my private information, was told discussed price of $34,000 for new vehicle would be $34,995 then told ytade in value was at $14,000. I was baited to this dealership on their misleading ads and even worse a misleading deceitful manager. Purpose was to get me to come in to demonstrate traffic of a potential shopper. This manager was conferred with several times prior to committing to dealership visit and lied. And woukd you know it, he was unavailable to be conferred with, he suddenly finished his 5 hour daily shift and had went home. Disgusting way to treat people and waste their time. Shoo elsewhere, I could imagine if their presentation was lousy and full of tricks could you imagine a follow up convern with this dealership? These types of practices should be reported as graidulent to the NYS Attorney Generals office where I did file a complaint officially. Stay away from their dealerships, apaprently they are franchised Chevy under different names on the island. More
