After visiting a few dealerships (and thinking I knew what I was buying) I went to Hunti For my 50th birthday, I decided to treat myself to a new car. After visiting a few dealerships (and thinking I knew what I was buying) I went to Huntington Chevy and met Donna. She helped me every step of the way to build the car I really wanted. I appreciated her knowledge and professionalism during the whole process of purchasing a new car. I would definitely go back to her for another car. More

The best experience I have ever had when buying a car. I work in Huntington and drive by the location every day. Last week, a car caught my eye and I thought I'd stop just to take a quick look. When I pu I work in Huntington and drive by the location every day. Last week, a car caught my eye and I thought I'd stop just to take a quick look. When I pulled in, I spent a few minutes checking it out when Stan came over and introduced himself. He asked if I had any questions or wanted to drive the car. I told him that due to issues with my credit score, I wasn't in a position to purchase at the moment but appreciated the offer. He replied that they have decent relationships with the banks and had recently put people in cars with poor credit scores, I might be surprised. I said I would think about it and Stan, without being a 'vulture' or fitting the negative stereotype of a car salesman, thanked me for dropping in and said if I had any questions, he would be inside. As I looked at the car, I thought about how much I could put down, which wasn't much, and wondered if I would get a fair trade in on my SUV, which I stilled owe money on. With the credit score, I wasn't too confident. I really liked the car however and with high mileage on the SUV that had started to 'nickel & dime' me, thought I would see what we could do. The price of the car was excellent, in a range where the banks would at least entertain the sale. That left working out what I could expect for the vehicle I wanted to trade in, which still wasn't paid for. At the same time, along with the negative credit score, the money I had to put down was insignificant. I truly didn't think we could get anything done but Stan remained confident and as the process began, was all over the building talking to management and others who could help us. It didn't look good, but he came over and said, "Somehow I'm going to get this done". The first thing he did was surprise me by telling me how much I would get for my SUV, I certainly didn't expect that much. Then he said they would pay off the SUV, including the pay off in the trade in. My mindset started to change, I started feeling like we might have a chance until he told me we would have to wait until the following day to continue working it. The next day, Stan called me and said he was making progress with all the above and to plan on coming in that night. I went in after work and he was all over the building as usual getting options, receiving direction and feedback, etc. Finally, he walked over and said, "Congratulations, here's the key". We signed the papers and while I still couldn't believe he made it happen, he did. Coming from someone who is pessimistic about car salespeople and their dealers, I have to genuinely say, Stan is truly amazing. He makes you feel more like a friend than someone trying to sell you a car. His tenacity in putting you in a car, when other dealers can't, is impressive. I will refer anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to check with Stan, he made the purchase so easy and took away all the stress I had while managing the issues I had in getting into a new car. Also worth mentioning is Eddie, who works in finance. He pulled out all the stops in helping Stan and I successfully make the deal. He remained focused all along and when we were finished, mentioned ideas to 'manage' the car loan and improve my credit score. He did this not in a lecturing or patronizing manner, but as someone who cared to spend a few extra minutes helping another navigate through the credit rebuilding process. All in all, I can't say enough good things about this experience. More

Service Department Me and my fiance purchased 2 vehicles from this Chevy dealer, the initial experience was great our sales person Chris Cox is awesome, great person alw Me and my fiance purchased 2 vehicles from this Chevy dealer, the initial experience was great our sales person Chris Cox is awesome, great person always helpful. However I decided to purchase the factory chrome door handles for my 2014 Silverado I made an appointment a week in advance to have them installed on 9/17/2014. To cut the story short my truck was sitting there the entire day when I went to pick it up none of the work I requested to be done was completed. However they did take care of some recall stuff that I was NEVER made aware of by Chevy or GM. The issue I have is that I was not made aware of what repairs needed to be made nor did they have the intelligence to call and ask me if it was okay to perform this work. I never signed an RO nor verbally authorized any work to be done on my truck. This dealership along with it's sister dealership Atlantic Chevy are disgraces to the Chevy brand, on top of that the place is in obvious need of renovations, if they can not care for there own property how could anyone expect them to care about me or you as a customer, how can we trust them to properly maintain our vehicles when they can not even maintain there appearance???? If your family purchases a vehicle from there go through Chris Cox, after that cut all ties with this place I now will be taking my vehicle to another Chevy dealer for service, hopefully they will have a clue. More
